PAYMENT TERMS: We accept Purchase orders payable by BUSINESS CHECKS issued by U.S. Bank, we do not process credit cards. ART CHARGES: There are no art charges, however we reserve the right to limit the number of times we will change or adjust the art work. Keep in mind that we do not create art, we use the art that you provide to us. There is however, a $125.00 art charge for the Flocked logo mats because the art process is performed in an entirely different process. This art charge is due before any logo work will be performed.
ART WORK: Treasure Coast customers may send us their art work two ways. First, they can send us a black and white camera ready slick. Faxes are not acceptable because the resolution is to low! Business cards are marginal. Second is you can e-mail us your logo. The resolution must be at least 300 dpi or preferably closer to 600 dpi. Digital camera photos need to be a minimum of 600 dpi. See acceptable format under the order tab. We will not provide an art proof to you if the logo is protected under copyright. We will not sell your logo. We are in the business of providing you will a high quality floor mat.
CUSTOMER ORDERING: Besides payment, all orders require the signature of the authorized employee on the quote/invoice sent to them. Also, all art work must be approved by an authorized employee signing the art sketch. The Customer may fax these approvals back to us at 888 818 6287, or email to email@example.com
PRICES: Subject to change without notice. When a price change is necessary, we will make every effort to provide you with advance notice, which will allow our customers to make adjustments. Our lowest price refers only to identical product. Shipping charges and Florida sales tax are not considered in the pricing. We make every effort to maintain our prices as competitive as possible. However, due to unexpected cost increases, we reserve the right to adjust prices without notice. We will advise our customers of any changes to published prices at the time of purchase.
SHIPPING CHARGES: All orders are shipped ground freight, unless otherwise specified by the customer. Some larger orders may ship via truck line and carry a freight charge. If inside delivery or lift is requested or required an additional charge of $95 will apply. The logos displayed herein are provided for sample only. TC Mats will only provide logo mats to the owners of the logos, and the owners’ licensees and authorized representatives. No returns on custom orders unless manufacturer defect. Approved artwork is buyers authorization to proceed, and cannot be cancelled post production.
COLOR SELECTION: Product colors and textures are reproduced on our web site as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for the color output of our customers monitors or printers. Upon request we will mail out color samples such as carpet threads or swatches when available. Keep in mind that computer generated art does not accurately display colors. Our designers refer to the actual mat color. We do not match PMS colors. We will try to come as close as possible.
CLAIMS & RETURNS: Treasure Coast Mats does not accept any returns of merchandise, since these mat orders are custom.
DAMAGED GOODS/SHORTAGES: Must be reported to the carrier, and is the responsibility of the consignee. Claims can not be honored after 3 months from the date of shipment.
QUOTATIONS: All quotations are good for no more then 30 days due to the changes in product availability, fuel charges, and manufacturer price increases.
CANCELLATIONS: Orders can not be cancelled once the product is manufactured.
JURISDICTION: Customer acknowledges that the jurisdiction for any legal action between Treasure Coast Mats Inc. and the customer, initiated by either party will take place solely in Palm Beach County, Florida.
RETURNS: No returns on custom products. A restocking charge and freight charges would be collected in advance on a request for a return of standard products upon authorization of the manufactures acceptance.
